General framework: hierarchy of blessings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the halachah is set <strong>types of berachot prior to the meal<\/strong>. First case: <em>Haadam\u00e1<\/em> on fruits of the tree<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWhoever recites \u2018Who creates the fruit of the land\u2019 on a fruit of the tree, to comply with its obligation.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1. Logic halachic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Every tree <strong>it is born and grows from the earth<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Therefore, to say <em>Bor\u00e9 warranty haadam\u00e1<\/em> one is praising God for the <strong>fruit of the earth<\/strong>, category <strong>includes<\/strong> also the trees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is a beraj\u00e1 <strong>more general<\/strong>: of the <em>adam\u00e1<\/em> comes in both a carrot as an apple tree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The commentators classic (Rambam, Bartenura, etc) explain that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The normal and correct for an apple is <strong>ha\u00e9ts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>However, if one made a mistake and said <strong>haadam\u00e1<\/strong>, <strong>does not repeat the beraj\u00e1<\/strong>because the praise continues to be true: that fruit is, ultimately, a product of the earth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2. Practical examples<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apple, orange, olives, dates, grapes (when eaten as a fruit, do not like wine):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Correct lejatjil\u00e1<\/strong>: <em>Bor\u00e9 warranty ha\u00e9ts<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you said haadam\u00e1 by mistake<\/strong>: <strong>met<\/strong>not repeated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Second case: <em>Ha\u00e9ts<\/em> on products of the earth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWhoever recites \u2018Who creates the fruit of the tree\u2019 on the fruits of the earth does not comply with its obligation.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Here the logic is reversed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Not all<\/strong> the products that grow from the earth are <strong>fruits of a tree<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A potato or a carrot <strong>no<\/strong> are <em>warranty ha\u00e9ts<\/em>, but <em>warranty haadam\u00e1<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Say <em>Bor\u00e9 warranty ha\u00e9ts<\/em> on something that is NOT the fruit of the tree is a <strong>description false<\/strong> from the point of view halachic and botanical.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For this reason, the Mishnah clearly affirms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This person <strong>does not meet<\/strong> their obligation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You should repeat the beraj\u00e1 correct, if you still haven't eaten, or in some cases according to the poskim, even if you already ate (there are nuances that are studied in practice).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.1. Practical examples<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Potato, sweet potato, carrot, tomato, cucumber, lettuce:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Correct lejatjil\u00e1<\/strong>: <em>Bor\u00e9 warranty haadam\u00e1<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you said <em>ha\u00e9ts<\/em>: <strong>not fulfilled<\/strong>; in principle, should return to bless correctly (by referring to psak of its own rabbinic tradition).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Third case: <em>Shehakol<\/em> above all<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cAnd on all types of food, if one recites \u2018By whose word all things were created\u2019 (<em>Shehakol<\/em>), to comply with its obligation.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.1. Nature of <em>Shehakol<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Shehakol nihy\u00e1 bidvar\u00f3<\/em> it is the blessing that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Praises to God <strong>not by a particular type of product<\/strong>but for the general fact that <strong>all<\/strong> it was created by His word.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is why:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lejatjil\u00e1<\/strong> reserves for:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Food <strong>do not grow from the earth<\/strong>- meat, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, drinks that do not come from a fruit with beraj\u00e1 own, etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bediavad<\/strong>according to the Mishnah and the halachah later:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If someone said <em>Shehakol<\/em> about <strong>any other food<\/strong> that has a beraj\u00e1 more accurate (bread, wine, fruits, vegetables, mezonot), <strong>he fulfilled his obligation and does not repeat the beraj\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.2. Implications hal\u00e1jicas strong<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The codes later (Shulchan Aruch, Shulchan Aruch Harav, etc) teach that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Shehakol<\/em> is <strong>valid bediavad even on bread and wine<\/strong>: who says <em>Shehakol<\/em> instead of <em>Hamotz\u00ed<\/em> or <em>Hagafen<\/em> <strong>met<\/strong>, though he acted incorrectly and lost the upper level of precision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That's why many rabbis say in practice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the case of <strong>doubt serious<\/strong> what beraj\u00e1 corresponds to a food, you can use <em>Shehakol<\/em> as an \u201cemergency exit\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>But <strong>no<\/strong> it must become a habit, because the goal is to <strong>to clarify and refine<\/strong> conscience-not to simplify it to a minimum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Development talmud the Mishnah<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Gemara in Berachot (mostly 35a\u201340b) expands these ideas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Classification of foods<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Discusses what foods are really <em>ha\u00e9ts<\/em> and what <em>haadam\u00e1<\/em> (for example, products that come out of the trunk vs. directly from the land; palm, herbs, flours, etc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>State \u201cideal\u201d vs. \u201cgradient\u201d of the food<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a product you will eat in a way <strong>not usual or degraded<\/strong> (for example, fruit powdered or raw vegetables which are usually eaten cooked), it is often a low beraj\u00e1 to <em>Shehakol<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Error in the beraj\u00e1<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Gemara analyzes when an error is acceptable (<em>yatz\u00e1<\/em>, fulfilled), and when not, applying the logic of our Mishnah:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the beraj\u00e1 <strong>general logically includes<\/strong> the specific category \u2192 <em>yatz\u00e1<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the beraj\u00e1 assigned to a category more <strong>close<\/strong> the real \u2192 <em>what yatz\u00e1<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bread and wine as special categories<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Despite the general rule, bread and wine maintain a <strong>status of the utmost importance<\/strong> (for satiety, for his role in the Kiddush, Birkat Hammaz\u00f3n, etc).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>However, even there, if someone made a mistake and said <em>Shehakol<\/em>, the poskim tend to accept <em>yatz\u00e1<\/em> (met), based on the amplitude extreme of this beraj\u00e1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Coding in Rambam and Shulchan Aruch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.1. Rambam<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In <strong>Hilchot Berachot<\/strong>the Rambam organizes the laws of berachot about food, following the outline of our Mishnah and the Gemara:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defines each category (tree, earth, wine, bread, etc).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explains that <em>Shehakol<\/em> applies to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All that <strong>does not grow from the earth<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and in many cases also to plant-based foods consumed in a state of \u201cnon-primary\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.2. Shulchan Aruch (Orach Ja\u00edm 202-204)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set the berachot specific for each food.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In several places indicates explicitly:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>That <strong>if you said <em>Shehakol<\/em> about something which, strictly speaking, is haadam\u00e1, ha\u00e9ts, mezonot, etc, does not repeat the beraj\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That you must always seek the <strong>beraj\u00e1 correct<\/strong>, and go to <em>Shehakol<\/em> only when you do not have clarity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Dimension conceptual and spiritual<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond the technical halachic, this Mishnah teaches deep insights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.1. Accuracy in the recognition of the creation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each beraj\u00e1 specific (<em>ha\u00e9ts, haadam\u00e1, hagafen, hamotz\u00ed...<\/em>) require the person to <strong>contemplate the origin<\/strong> what you eat:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What is the fruit of a tree perennial?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is the direct product of the earth?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is the staple that holds the human being (bread)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The more specific blessing, more <strong>fine is the consciousness of creation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.2. But without falling into perfectionism paralyzing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The halacha recognizes the truth: mistakes happen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Therefore, introduces the principle of <strong>\u201coutput above\u201d<\/strong> with <em>Shehakol<\/em>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Although you lost the specificity, <strong>do not miss the basic link of gratitude<\/strong>; your general recognition that \u201ceverything was created through His word\u201d continues to have religious value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.3. Balance between rigor and mercy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the pedagogical point of view:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Mishnah <strong>it motivates them to study and refine<\/strong> (because there are real differences between ha\u00e9ts\/haadam\u00e1 and errors that invalidate).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>But at the same time <strong>do not punish excessively<\/strong> that was wrong of good faith; the category of <em>Shehakol<\/em> acts as a \u201ccushion\u201d of mercy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fruit tree (apple, orange, olive, etc)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lejatjil\u00e1: <em>Bor\u00e9 warranty ha\u00e9ts<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you said <em>haadam\u00e1<\/em>: <strong>met<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you said <em>Shehakol<\/em>: <strong>met<\/strong>but is not ideal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vegetables, tubers, fruits that grow directly from the ground (potatoes, carrots, lettuce, tomato, etc)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lejatjil\u00e1: <em>Bor\u00e9 warranty haadam\u00e1<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you said <em>ha\u00e9ts<\/em>: <strong>not fulfilled<\/strong>; in principle should be repeated correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you said <em>Shehakol<\/em>: <strong>met<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bread, cereal products, wine, meat, fish, eggs, milk, various drinks, etc<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each one has its beraj\u00e1 specific (Hamotz\u00ed, Mezonot, Hagafen, Shehakol as the case may be).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If by mistake said <em>Shehakol<\/em> about them: <strong>in general, fulfilled and does not repeat<\/strong>according to the majority of the poskim<a href=\"https:\/\/shulchanaruchharav.com\/halacha\/shehakol-is-motzi-all-foods-and-blessings\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
