Classical commentaries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd39 <em>Rashi<\/em>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Stresses that the order of the liturgical <strong>do not follow the order of the Torah<\/strong>precisely in order to express a hierarchy theological: <strong>the divine unity precedes obedience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd39 <em>Rambam<\/em> (Mishn\u00e9 Torah, Hilchot Keriat Shema 1:2):<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Stresses that the one who interrupted unduly between \u201cVaYomer\u201d and \u201cEmet\u201d commits a fault, because \u201cthe divine truth should not be separated from the act of remembering the commandments.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd39 <em>Rav Soloveitchik<\/em> (the TWENTIETH century):<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Seen in this mishna a synthesis of the experience of jewish religious: \u201cThe Shema is not a read; it is an act of acceptance of divine sovereignty and moral commitment in total.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VIII.
