The tradition justified by two criteria that commentators and codifiers taken as a guide to practice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Real capacity <em>kavan\u00e1<\/em> (concentration):<\/strong> if the chat\u00e1n, despite the concerns, you can concentrate authentically, your recitation is not empty or mechanical.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The absence of <em>yohar\u00e1<\/em>:<\/strong> if there is no desire to \u201ctake the name\u201d in order to gain reputation, but a sincere intention of <em>kabalat ol maljut sham\u00e1yim<\/em> (accepting the yoke of heaven), do not incur the criticism of RSBG.<br>This balance is the one that enables you to understand why sometimes, \u201cmay\u201d, and sometimes \u201cnot applicable\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6) Axis hal\u00e1jicos underlying<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exemption for occupancy mitzvah:<\/strong> the jat\u00e1n is mentally dump to the mitzvah of marriage (consummation), therefore, is exempt from <em>Shema<\/em>. If the pious act is performative and not from domestic demand legitimate, is reprehensible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7) State regulatory classic and practical<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rambam<\/strong>- maintains <strong>exemption<\/strong> until the consummation, for lack of mind available; it is not presented as an absolute prohibition of reciting, but as a situation of exemption founded in the kavan\u00e1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shulchan Aruch \/ OC (chapters on exempt)<\/strong>: strengthen the principle of the exemption of those who are in a mitzvah, the casuistry later (Ajaronim) discusses scope and cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contemporary literature<\/strong>: explains the exemption of the chat\u00e1n as a typical application of <em>osek b mitzvah<\/em> and a discussion of how long it lasts (first night vs. first nights) and the conditions under which today corresponds or not to invoke the exemption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Note practice (current scenario):<\/strong> In many environments today, the chat\u00e1n <strong>yes<\/strong> he recites the <em>Shema<\/em> (and also the <em>Shema to the hamit\u00e1<\/em>as with any night, except that it is objectively prevented, based on which you can focus and that there is <em>yohar\u00e1<\/em> if you do so discretely by genuine devotion. (This set-point varies by local custom; the conceptual basis remains kavan\u00e1 vs. <em>yohar\u00e1<\/em>.) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yoatzot.org\/faq\/hamapil-shema\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yoatzot<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8) Analysis philological brief<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\"Lithol et haShem\" (\u05dc\u05b4\u05d8\u05b9\u05bc\u05dc \u05d0\u05b6\u05ea \u05d4\u05b7\u05e9\u05b5\u05bc\u05c1\u05dd):<\/strong> literally \"to take the Name\"; in the phraseology rabbinic alludes to <strong>assume a status<\/strong> obtained in the fear of God.
