Its purpose was not to create new laws, but <strong>to extract the implications of legal and theological<\/strong> contained in the text, applying principles of <strong>logical reasoning, language and continues to specific examples; therefore, the rule is applied <strong>only domestic animals<\/strong>not all living beings.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator general\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Definition:<\/strong><br>If you are first mentioned something specific, and then a general expression, we extend the application to all cases that fit the <strong>Kelal u-P\u00e9rat u-Kelal (\u05db\u05dc\u05dc \u05d5\u05e4\u05e8\u05d8 \u05d5\u05db\u05dc\u05dc)<\/strong> \u2014 \u201cGeneral, particular and general\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Definition:<\/strong><br>When a text combines the general, the particular, and then again, the law applies <strong>only thing that is similar to the particular case<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong><br>Deuteronomy 14:26 speaks of purchase \u201canything you want: cattle, sheep, wine, or liquor, or anything you ask\u201d.<br>Here the rule states that the permission refers to <strong>food products, or holidays<\/strong>not to goods completely oblivious as weapons or tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator \u05dc\u05db\u05dc\u05dc)<\/strong> \u2014 \u201cThe particular needs of the general\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Definition:<\/strong><br>When the particular text depends on the general to be understood, both are interpreted together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong><br>If the Torah mentions \u201cthe sacrifice of the Shabbat\u201d within \u201cthe daily offerings\u201d, it is understood that <strong>the sabbath sacrifice is a special case of the daily sacrifice<\/strong>not something independent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator clarified, it is only thanks to the specification in particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong><br>When the Torah says \u201cthou shalt offer sacrifice\u201d, and then specify \u201clambs
